What is csOrionL2tpTunnelStatsFailedSessions?

This read-only Counter32 is documented to report the total number of sessions initiated on this tunnel that failed to reach the established phase, but an internal note flags it as not currently supported and states it always returns zero. An admin troubleshooting per-tunnel session failures should not rely on a zero reading here as proof of a healthy tunnel; the domain-wide csOrionL2tpStatsFailedSessions object is the one that is actually populated. This object exists in the MIB for future use but currently carries no diagnostic value.
