This read-only IpAddress is the IP address on the far side of this L2TP session, i.e. the address negotiated for the remote PPP endpoint of the tunneled connection. It complements the local address object to give a complete picture of the session's IP-layer endpoints. Comparing this against a subscriber's known CPE address helps confirm the session belongs to the expected customer premises device.
