What is csOrionL2tpConfigTunnelRWS?

This read-write Integer32 (1-16) sets the control channel's receive window size, the maximum number of unacknowledged control packets the tunnel peer may send before waiting for an acknowledgement from this device. An admin raises this to allow more control-channel throughput on a tunnel establishing many sessions rapidly, such as during a mass reconnect event. For example, a tunnel that needs to bring up hundreds of sessions quickly after a network restoration might benefit from a larger receive window size to avoid control-channel flow-control stalls.
