Description: This object defines the VI over which communication will occur with peers. This object can be set only when there is no tunnel.
What is csOrionL2tpConfigServiceIf?
This read-write Integer32 (1-64000) defines the virtual interface over which L2TP communication with tunnel peers occurs, and can only be set while no tunnel currently exists. An admin binds L2TP to a specific virtual interface during initial provisioning, before any tunnels are established, since the setting is locked once a tunnel is up. For example, changing which interface L2TP uses requires first tearing down any active tunnels, since this object cannot be modified while a tunnel exists.
