What is csOrionIKECertFlag?

This Integer32 is a bitmask whose description defines bit 0 as 'no-crl' (skip certificate revocation list checking) and notes more bit definitions were still to be documented at the time this MIB was written. An admin sets bit 0 to disable CRL checking for this certificate entry, typically in test environments or where a CRL distribution point is unreachable, trading revocation awareness for negotiation reliability. For example, an admin troubleshooting a certificate-based tunnel that fails because its CRL server is unreachable might temporarily set this flag's no-crl bit to get the tunnel working again.
