This RowStatus object creates or deletes an entry in the SMTP spam-access table that csOrionFwSmtpSpamAccess entries belong to. An administrator activates this status when adding a new blocked spam source, or destroys the entry once that source is no longer a threat or the entry is found to be a false positive. For example, an admin removing a spam-block entry that was mistakenly blocking a legitimate partner would set this to destroy(6).
