This INTEGER object (enable or disable) controls whether the SMTP proxy attempts to validate the syntax of all MIME attachments within email messages handled under this policy. An administrator enables this to catch malformed MIME structures sometimes used to smuggle malicious content past mail filters. For example, setting csOrionFwSmtpPolicyMimeCheck to enable(1) would have the proxy inspect and validate the MIME structure of every attachment in mail covered by this policy.
