This DisplayString object names the host to which the HTTP proxy hands off the proxy request under this policy, the actual server HTTP traffic gets forwarded to regardless of the client's original destination. An administrator uses this to force all HTTP traffic under a policy to a specific internal web server, such as a captive portal. For example, setting this to 'portal.corp.example' would redirect matched HTTP requests to that internal captive-portal server.
