What is csOrionFwHttpFunctionIds?

This Unsigned32 object is a bitmap where each bit represents a specific HTTP function (such as exec, retr, or write) the proxy is configured to support, controlling which HTTP operations are permitted rather than merely logged. An administrator might disable the write bit to prevent HTTP PUT-style uploads through the proxy while leaving read-only functions like retr enabled. For example, clearing the write bit would block clients from uploading content via HTTP while still letting them download pages normally.
