This RowStatus object is used to add or delete rows in the Orion address-list table, the table that GAL and firewall access rules reference by name for grouped address matching. Because entries in this table only become usable once their row status is active, an administrator must set this correctly before a named address-list can be referenced elsewhere, such as by csOrionGenAclSrcAddressList. For example, an admin creating the 'finance-servers' address-list entry would set this object to createAndGo(4) to bring that named group's row into service.
