Description: This object indicates the number of previous 15-minute intervals for which data was collected.
What is csOc3ValidIntervals?
csOc3ValidIntervals is a read-only count of how many of the previous 15-minute intervals have collected performance data for this OC3 port, out of a smaller history window, up to 32, than the DS3 side's 96. An admin should check this value before drawing conclusions from the OC3 interval-history tables, since a low count means the port hasn't been up long enough, or data was missed, and any trend analysis over that shorter history is correspondingly limited. For example, if this OC3 port was activated only two hours ago, csOc3ValidIntervals would read around 8, telling an admin not to expect the full 32-interval history yet.
