csOc3PosRcvAbortedFrames is a read-only 64-bit counter of the number of received POS frames that were aborted, terminated mid-transmission, on this OC3 port. A rising count of aborted frames usually points to a far-end transmitter problem or a noisy link cutting frames short mid-flight, a different failure signature from frames that arrive complete but with a bad checksum. For example, if csOc3PosRcvAbortedFrames climbs sharply right after a far-end router reload, an admin can reasonably attribute the aborted frames to that reload rather than suspecting a local hardware fault.
