csOc3PosOperStatus is a read-only OperStatus value that was meant to report the operational status of this channel, but its own description says it is deprecated in favor of using csOc3AdminStatus instead. Because it's explicitly deprecated, an admin building new monitoring should rely on the current status objects rather than this one, and should not be surprised if this legacy object behaves inconsistently. For example, a monitoring script inherited from an older deployment that still polls csOc3PosOperStatus should be updated to read csOc3OperStatus instead, per the object's own deprecation note, to get a reliably maintained status value.
