What is csOc3PosEmptyCellType?

csOc3PosEmptyCellType is a read-write setting that was meant to select which type of empty cell, unassigned or idle, is transmitted, but the object's own description states it is deprecated and not actually supported in Packet over SONET mode. Because it's marked deprecated and non-functional for POS, an admin troubleshooting cell-filler behavior on a POS-configured OC3 port should not expect changing this value to have any real effect. For example, if a script written for an older ATM-oriented deployment tries to tune csOc3PosEmptyCellType on a port now running POS, it has no operational impact, and the admin should instead check ATM-specific objects if empty-cell behavior actually needs adjusting.
