Like the other StatsEnd markers in this MIB, it's a table-walk boundary rather than real telemetry, so an admin's monitoring tooling should stop enumerating at this point instead of trying to interpret it as a cell count. For example, a script iterating over each interval bucket's csOc3AtmInterval* objects would recognize reaching csOc3AtmIntervalStatsTableEnd as the signal that it has retrieved every real object in that bucket's row and can move on to the next bucket or table.
