Description: The counter indicates the number of transmitted cells at OC3-ATM interface

What is csOc3AtmCurrentTransmittedCells?

csOc3AtmCurrentTransmittedCells is a read-only 64-bit counter of the number of ATM cells transmitted on this OC3 port's ATM interface in the current measurement period. Because ATM cells are fixed-size, this counter gives an admin a direct measure of outbound ATM traffic load, the figure to watch when validating whether provisioned traffic contracts, like a PVC's committed rate, are actually being used. For example, if a provisioned ATM PVC is expected to be carrying steady voice traffic but csOc3AtmCurrentTransmittedCells barely increments, an admin knows outbound cells aren't actually being generated for that circuit.
