What is csOc3AtmCurrentRecievedCells?
csOc3AtmCurrentRecievedCells is a read-only 64-bit counter of the number of ATM cells received on this OC3 port's ATM interface in the current measurement period. This is the inbound counterpart used the same way as the transmitted-cells counter, and a mismatch between what a far-end device claims to send and what this counter shows arriving points to cell loss somewhere on the ATM path. For example, if a far-end switch reports a steady transmitted-cell rate on its side but csOc3AtmCurrentRecievedCells here shows far fewer cells arriving, an admin would suspect cell loss or a fiber-quality issue between the two ATM endpoints.
