What is csMplsLspState?
This read-create enumerated value reports the operational state of this MPLS LSP as unknown, up, or down. It is the primary indicator an administrator checks to see whether a given traffic-engineered tunnel is actually forwarding traffic right now. For example, an operator alerted to packet loss on a customer VPN would first check csMplsLspState for the underlying LSP and find it reporting down(3), immediately narrowing the fault to that specific tunnel.
