This read-create value reports the time, in 10-millisecond units, since the last path change occurred on this LSP, whether that change was the path going down, coming back up, or switching to a different path. It gives an administrator a recency indicator for path instability, complementing the cumulative csMplsLspPathChanges counter. A very recent csMplsLspLastPathChange value combined with a corresponding syslog entry would let an operator quickly correlate a customer-reported latency blip with an actual underlying path switch.
