What is csLdpVrAcceptTargetedHellos?
This read-create enumerated value indicates whether targeted LDP hellos, which are unicast hellos sent to a specific non-adjacent peer rather than multicast to directly connected neighbors, are accepted or rejected on this virtual router. Targeted hellos are what allow LDP sessions to form between routers that are not directly connected, such as for remote LDP sessions used with pseudowires. An administrator setting up a remote LDP session for a pseudowire between two non-adjacent PE routers would set csLdpVrAcceptTargetedHellos to accept(1) so the targeted hello from the remote PE is not silently discarded.
