Description: Configures the interval in seconds between LDP Targeted hello's on VR

What is csLdpTargetHelloTimer?

This value configures how many seconds elapse between successive LDP Targeted Hello messages sent on the virtual router for a given targeted session. It matters operationally because the hello interval determines how quickly the router advertises its continued presence to a remote LDP peer that isn't directly connected on a shared link. An administrator tuning a targeted session across a long-haul MPLS core might shorten this interval to detect peer loss faster, or lengthen it to reduce control-plane chatter on a stable, low-bandwidth link.
