This read-create object controls creation and deletion of an entry in the LDP entity table using the RowStatus convention; once the corresponding csLdpEntityAdminStatus is set to enable and this object is set to active, the entity will attempt to contact an LDP peer, while changing it to notInService causes the entity to lose contact with the peer and clear related information. It is the mechanism an administrator uses to actually bring a configured LDP entity into service or take it out of service. An operator provisioning a new LDP session to a neighboring PE router would set csLdpEntityRowStatus to active only after confirming the entity's other parameters, such as hello and keepalive timers, are correctly configured.
