What is csIsisManAdjNeighNSAP?

This read-create object holds the OSI NSAP address of the neighboring system for a manually configured (as opposed to dynamically discovered) IS-IS adjacency, and it can only be changed while the adjacency entry is administratively disabled. Manual adjacencies are used on non-broadcast media, such as certain point-to-point or NBMA links, where IS-IS cannot automatically discover neighbors via hellos. For example, an administrator configuring IS-IS over a Frame Relay PVC without multicast support would set csIsisManAdjNeighNSAP to the remote router's NSAP address to statically establish the adjacency.
