What is csIsisCircLevel?
This read-create enumerated value sets whether this circuit runs Level 1 routing only, Level 2 routing only, or both Level 1 and Level 2 together. It determines what kind of adjacencies and LSP exchanges IS-IS will attempt on the circuit, which directly shapes whether the link participates in intra-area routing, backbone routing, or both. For example, an administrator connecting an area-boundary router's core-facing interface would set csIsisCircLevel to level-1-2(3), while a purely intra-area access link would be set to level-1(1).
