What is csIsisCircExtDomain?
This object, when true, suppresses normal transmission and interpretation of intra-domain IS-IS PDUs on this circuit. Administrators enable this on a circuit connecting to an external domain where IS-IS PDUs shouldn't be exchanged, treating that link as outside the IS-IS routing domain. For example, an engineer sets csIsisCircExtDomain to true on a circuit connecting to a separate administrative domain's network, preventing this router from exchanging IS-IS PDUs across that boundary.
