This object shows the time remaining before the Other Querier Present timer expires on this interface, and reads as zero if the local system is itself currently the querier. Administrators use it to understand whether the router is passively waiting to reclaim querier duties from another device, which is useful when troubleshooting unexpected querier failover behavior. For example, a non-zero and counting-down value would tell an engineer that another router is currently acting as querier and this local router is standing by.
