What is csFrDlcmiStatNetSequenceNumber?
This Counter32 tracks the network-side sequence number as seen in this interface's LMI status exchange protocol. An admin uses it alongside csFrDlcmiStatLocalSequenceNumber to confirm both ends of the LMI conversation agree on the current polling sequence. For example, if csFrDlcmiStatNetSequenceNumber stops advancing while the local sequence number keeps incrementing, the admin would suspect the carrier's LMI process has stopped responding correctly.
