What is csFrDlcmiStatLocalSequenceNumber?
This Counter32 tracks the local sequence number used in this interface's LMI status exchange protocol. An admin can compare it with csFrDlcmiStatNetSequenceNumber to check that the local and network sides of the LMI handshake remain in sync. For example, a large divergence between the local and network sequence numbers would suggest the LMI conversation has gotten out of step and may need to be reset.
