What is csFrDlcmiStatFullStatusResponses?
This Counter32 counts how many times a Full Status Response, listing the complete set of active DLCIs from the network's perspective, has been received on this interface. An admin uses it to confirm the interface is successfully getting full circuit-status resynchronization from the carrier, not just simple keepalive acknowledgments. For example, if Full Status Enquiries are being sent but csFrDlcmiStatFullStatusResponses never increments, the admin would know the DLCI list this device sees may be stale.
