What is csFrDlcmiLmiDlci?
This read-write DLCI value identifies which Data Link Connection Identifier is reserved for carrying the LMI (Local Management Interface) signaling traffic on this Frame Relay interface. An admin configures it to match whatever DLCI the carrier or peer expects LMI status polling to run on, since a mismatch here breaks the DLCMI health reporting used by objects like csFrDlcmiStatus. For example, many Frame Relay providers reserve DLCI 0 or 1023 for LMI, so an admin would set csFrDlcmiLmiDlci to that value to align with the carrier's signaling channel.
