What is csFrDlcmiErrorThreshold?

csFrDlcmiErrorThreshold is a read-write setting, from 1 to 10, specifying the maximum number of unanswered LMI status enquiries this Frame Relay interface will tolerate before declaring the interface down. Setting this too low makes the interface flap down on a single missed poll caused by transient congestion, while setting it too high delays detection of a genuine LMI failure, so an admin tunes it to match how reliable the underlying link actually is. For example, on a link known to occasionally drop a single LMI poll during peak congestion without a real outage, an admin might raise csFrDlcmiErrorThreshold from the default to avoid the interface being falsely marked down.
