What is csFrCircuitDlci?

This DLCI value is the Data Link Connection Identifier that names a specific Frame Relay virtual circuit on this interface, and the implementation restricts it to the range 16 through 1023. An admin uses it to identify and provision a particular VC among possibly many riding the same physical access circuit. For example, an admin provisioning a new circuit to a branch office would assign it DLCI 100, staying within the supported 16-1023 range rather than trying to reuse a reserved low DLCI.
