What is csFrCircuitCommittedBurst?

This Integer32 (0 to 2147483647) specifies the maximum number of bits, in bits, that the Frame Relay network agrees to transfer under normal conditions during the measurement interval for this virtual circuit. An admin sets this to match the Committed Burst Size negotiated with the carrier, since it directly feeds the rate-policing calculation together with csFrCircuitThroughput. For example, an admin provisioning a VC with a 512 kbps CIR might set csFrCircuitCommittedBurst so that, combined with the configured throughput, the measurement interval reflects the carrier's contracted burst allowance.
