What is csFRoIPCircuitType?
This read-only INTEGER indicates whether this virtual circuit was manually configured, static(1), or was created dynamically, dynamic(2), via the data link control management interface. An admin uses this to distinguish permanently hand-provisioned DLCIs from ones the LMI protocol discovered and created automatically. For example, seeing dynamic(2) on a circuit confirms it was auto-discovered via LMI rather than something the admin explicitly configured, useful when auditing why an unexpected DLCI appeared.
