What is csFRoIPCircuitSentFrames?
This read-only Counter32 counts the total number of frames sent out over this virtual circuit since it was created. An admin trends this counter to confirm the circuit is actively carrying outbound traffic and to gauge relative load across multiple circuits sharing the same physical interface. For example, one DLCI's sent-frames counter staying flat while sibling DLCIs on the same port keep climbing would indicate that particular circuit has gone idle.
