What is csFRoIPCircuitOperStatus?
This read-only OperStatus reports the actual current operational state of this virtual circuit. An admin compares this against the circuit's configured state object to identify a DLCI that's supposed to be active but isn't actually passing traffic. For example, a circuit whose state object shows active but whose oper status still reports down would point the admin toward a Frame Relay signaling or physical-layer problem on that specific DLCI.
