This integer specifies a BGP Community value per RFC 1997 to attach to or match on routes handled by this export policy, excluding the reserved ranges 0 through 0x0000FFFF and 0xFFFF0000 through 0xFFFFFFFF from normal configuration, though the well-known values 0xFFFFFF01 (NO-EXPORT), 0xFFFFFF02 (NO-ADVERTISE), and 0xFFFFFF03 (NO-EXPORT-SUB) are explicitly allowed. An admin sets it to tag exported routes so downstream peers can apply their own policy based on the community, or to invoke a well-known community like NO-EXPORT to keep a route from propagating further. For example, setting csExpPolBgpCommunity1 to 0xFFFFFF01 marks exported routes NO-EXPORT so the receiving peer will not re-advertise them to its own peers.
