What is csExpFilterIfServiceCategory?

This read-create INTEGER assigns one of the device's QoS service categories (ef, af1-af4, be, none, ef-low, ef-high) to traffic on this specific interface's EXP filter. An admin uses it to control queuing/forwarding treatment per interface independent of the general ACL-based EXP filter table. Assigning af2(3) on a particular interface carrying business-class traffic gives it assured-forwarding treatment distinct from best-effort links.
