What is csEthSubIfRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus value is used to create, modify, or destroy a VLAN sub-interface row. It is how an admin's provisioning system actually adds a new customer VLAN or removes a decommissioned one. For example, a provisioning script sets csEthSubIfRowStatus to createAndGo when adding a new customer's VLAN sub-interface, bundling the VLAN ID, name, and priority in the same request.
