What is csEthStatsRx64Pkts?
This read-only value is a 64-bit counter of received packets exactly 64 bytes long, including any that were bad. It is the receive-side counterpart of the transmit packet-size histogram, useful for profiling inbound traffic composition on this port. For example, an admin comparing csEthStatsRx64Pkts to csEthStatsTx64Pkts on the same port notices far more small frames arriving than leaving, consistent with that port mostly receiving ACK-heavy client traffic.
