What is csDs3ConfigOperStatus?
This read-only value reflects whether this DS3 port is actually up and passing traffic. It is the field an admin checks to see whether an administratively enabled DS3 port is genuinely in service or reporting a real line fault. For example, if csDs3ConfigAdminStatus shows enable but csDs3ConfigOperStatus shows down, an admin checks csDs3ConfigLineStatus for the specific alarm causing the outage.
