What is csDot1dTpAgingTime?
The number of seconds before a dynamically-learned MAC forwarding entry is aged out and removed, with 802.1D-1990 recommending a 300-second default. Shortening it makes the bridge react faster to moved or removed devices at the cost of more relearning churn, while lengthening it slows adaptation to topology changes. An admin lowers csDot1dTpAgingTime from the 300-second default to 60 seconds in an environment where end hosts frequently migrate between ports.
