What is csChDs3T1Number?
This read-create value, 1 to 28 for T1 or 1 to 16 for E1, identifies which time-division slot within the parent DS3 this channelized entry corresponds to, and can only be set when the row is first created. It is the fundamental mapping an admin defines when carving a channelized DS3 into individual T1/E1 circuits for different customers or services. For example, an admin creates a channel row with csChDs3T1Number set to 5 to bring up the fifth T1 slot of the DS3 as a distinct customer circuit.
