Description: If this attribute is set to disable then this BGP speaker will not try to send/recieve routes for IPv4 address family. The BGP speaker will participate in IPv4 address family with its peer only if this attribute is set to enable.

What is csBgpNbrIpv4AdminStatus?

This object controls whether this BGP speaker sends and receives routes for the IPv4 address family with this specific neighbor, participating only when set to enable. Administrators use it to selectively turn off the base IPv4 unicast exchange with a peer while perhaps keeping other address families like VPN-IPv4 active. For example, an engineer disables csBgpNbrIpv4AdminStatus for a peer that should only exchange VPN-IPv4 routes as part of an MPLS VPN service, without also carrying plain IPv4 internet routes.
