What is csAtmConnPCR?
This Integer32 (0 to 0x7fffffff) sets the Peak Cell Rate for this ATM connection, the maximum cell rate the connection is allowed to transmit at. An admin configures it to bound the top speed of the circuit, which matters most for CBR and VBR service categories that have explicit rate contracts.
