What is csAtmConnInArpManageVc?

This enable/disable object exists only when the local VCL endpoint is also the VCC endpoint and AAL5 encapsulation supports LLC-SNAP format, specifying whether this PVC's service to layer 3 is managed by InARP status in addition to plain PVC operational status, taking immediate effect while IP protocol is enabled on the VC. An admin enables this to have Layer 3 forwarding automatically pulled down if InARP stops succeeding, even if the underlying PVC still looks up. For example, an admin who has seen routing continue to point at a PVC whose remote IP stopped responding to InARP would enable(1) csAtmConnInArpManageVc so Layer 3 service is suspended until InARP succeeds again.
