What is csAtmConnInArpAdminStatus?

This enable/disable object exists only when the local VCL endpoint is also the VCC endpoint and AAL5 encapsulation supports LLC-SNAP format, specifying whether InARP services can be enabled or disabled on this VC, taking immediate effect and being active only while IP protocol is enabled. An admin toggles this to turn InARP address resolution on or off for a specific PVC. For example, an admin using static IP mapping instead of InARP on a particular circuit would set csAtmConnInArpAdminStatus to disable(2) to stop unnecessary InARP exchanges on that VC.
