What is corePortDropped?

This read-only Counter counts frames dropped on a port, typically from buffer exhaustion or congestion. It directly signals packet loss the admin should investigate, for example via QoS tuning or a bandwidth upgrade. For example, rising corePortDropped alongside high corePortByteTx points to a congested uplink that needs more bandwidth or better flow control.
