What is cmTrapDestinationIpAddr?
cmTrapDestinationIpAddr is the IP address of a configured trap receiver and serves as the first index into the trap-destination table. An administrator sets up entries in this table to tell the system where to send SNMP traps for alarms and events. For example, an operator adding a new NMS server as a trap receiver would create a table entry keyed on that server's IP address in cmTrapDestinationIpAddr so the system starts forwarding traps to it.
