Description: This is the start time that applies to the command. If the command is 'statsAuto' or 'statsManual' the StartTime reflects the timestamp of the first data contained in the uploaded file (rounded up to the nearest interval boundary). For 'statsAuto' this means the first upload will occur at StartTime + Recurrance.
For 'configBackup', 'configRestore' and 'bulkCPEDownload', the StartTime is the time the command will first be executed. If the StartTime is in the past and the recurrence is 0, the command will be executed immediately.
Note: Time values should be in the format: YY/MM/DD-HH:MM:SS. If the operator enters seconds in this field, they will be ignored.
Default: None, the operator must configure this field explicitly.
What is cmMaintCmdStartTime?
cmMaintCmdStartTime is a read-write display string setting when a maintenance command should first execute, or for statsAuto/statsManual specifically, the timestamp of the earliest data to include in the uploaded statistics file. An administrator sets this to schedule when a backup, restore, or CPE download should begin, or to define the data window for a statistics export. For example, an operator scheduling a configBackup to run overnight would set cmMaintCmdStartTime to the desired off-peak hour.
